I started this quilt on Christmas day, when I got my Quilt in a Day Triangle Ruler (thanks to Amy Smart's post here). Its such a great ruler - one of those things that I now have and don't know how I lived without. And I'm so happy about how this quilt turned out.
The fabric I used was Emmy Grace by Bari J. Ackerman. I added some solid mustard yellow for HST.
And I ended up binding it with a solid plum color - which I love. I never think of quilting with purple, but the two times I've used it, its turned out so cute.
This is lightly quilted with straight lines and backed with my favorite "Ultra Fluffy" fabric from Joanns. I didn't use any batting.
This quilt is simple and easy to put together. You can find the full pattern with instructions and fabric requirements in my Etsy Shop.
Happy New Year!
